I truly appreciate Kelly’s hard work, dedication, and professionalism throughout our project. While we encountered a few misunderstandings along the way, he was always responsive, willing to listen, and committed to making things right. His communication and follow-through gave us confidence that our concerns would be addressed. Even three months after the project was completed, I had a few warranty items that needed attention. Kelly personally came out to inspect everything, addressed my concerns, and promptly scheduled the necessary repairs. That level of customer service and standing behind his work speaks volumes. Phoenix restoration did a great job fixing our mold and water damage. They did the whole job from start to finish. They responded quickly and kept us informed on what was happening. The crew at Phoenix Restoration Services of Omaha was at our house in 45 minutes (in the evening) after a phone call was made to them and they stayed through the night to extract water, and setup dryout machines, and diligently continued what they needed to do. They have shown top skill in what they do, great communication and workmanship. Tim has fully explained all steps of the process. Phoenix has a quick response time and extremely helpful staff! Pat came out on multiple occasions to examine water damage and possible mold in our home. He provided suggestions to solve our problem and reasonable estimates were given! Very professional and helpful!
