The crew at Phoenix Restoration Services of Omaha was at our house in 45 minutes (in the evening) after a phone call was made to them and they stayed through the night to extract water, and setup dryout machines, and diligently continued what they needed to do.  They have shown top skill in what they do, great communication and workmanship.  Tim has fully explained all steps of the process.  We've met Jim and Pat who will be part of the deconstruction and remodel phase so stay tuned for that review- we're confident with Phoenix Restoration!

Phoenix has a quick response time and extremely helpful staff! Pat came out on multiple occasions to examine water damage and possible mold in our home. He provided suggestions to solve our problem and reasonable estimates were given! Very professional and helpful!

We worked with so many caring people when our basement flooded.  They came out right away and had enough crews that they could keep working from clean up to rebuild!  They always responded to our needs and got us back to a good place quickly, with respect and professionalism.  They also helped us work with our insurance company.  We hope to never see them again, but if we need them, we’ll call and we know they’ll be here to help!
