During a rainy weekend, the building’s security guard noticed water running off the edge of the roof line, and something didn’t look right. A water line serving a water dispenser on the fifth floor had burst. Water ran down the stairwell and left standing water on almost every floor of the five-story building, which houses several medical offices.
