We experienced some flooding after a “once in every 10 year rain”. We called Phoenix Restoration on a Thursday evening and told them of our situation. Within 20 minutes the owner Tim was at our house assessing the situation. He said we needed fans and dehumidifiers ASAP. So within the hour his crew showed up and set up fans and dehumidifiers, their fast response time saved our wood floors. It’s been about 3 weeks now and everything is totally dry and the moisture levels are back to normal. All the staff was very respectful, and courteous. They would communicate when they were coming and they were always on time. Thanks Phoenix Restoration…you guys did an awesome job saving our floors.

Had a water line from kitchen break overnight; carpet soaked throughout the house, with accumulated water. The Team from Phoenix Restoration responded quickly, sucked out the water, cut-up, extracted, and hauled away the carpet. They also applied air dryers to ensure we could get back in quickly to put in new flooring. Daniel, Zack and the team were thorough and professional throughout. They did great work.
