Within 20 minutes the owner Tim was at our house assessing the situation. He said we needed fans and dehumidifiers ASAP. So within the hour his crew showed up and set up fans and dehumidifiers, their fast response time saved our wood floors. Had a water line from kitchen break overnight; carpet soaked throughout the house, with accumulated water. The Team from Phoenix Restoration responded quickly, sucked out the water, cut-up, extracted, and hauled away the carpet. They also applied air dryers to ensure we could get back in quickly to put in new flooring. Daniel, Zack and the team were thorough and professional throughout. They did great work.
